Hi, I’m Chantal, and I live in Toronto.

My first computer was a Commodore 64, then a 286, then a Pentium 90. I totally skipped the 386 and 486, especially the 486 SX — laaaaame. I used to run a BBS and worked for an Internet Service Provider, so expect a BBS to show up on this site again someday. 😂😂😂

I enjoy web development, coding, aviation, and gaming. I also have a lot of opinions, which are mine and don’t represent any other entity.

These days I’m having a lot of fun experimenting with AI (Claude and whatever ClawdBot/MoltBot is called now). I love to learn, so there will be a lot of random stuff here.

This site runs on Jekyll with the Chirpy theme, hosted on GitHub and deployed via GitHub Actions. It’s a simple setup that lets me write in Markdown, push to a repo, and have everything just work—at least when I’m not tinkering with it and breaking things.
